What’s Good? is a Club 106 journalism project. We educate and train aspiring journalists, bloggers and vloggers with the latest skills to be successful In the lucrative social media industry. We partner with experienced content creators and international media brands to provide a truly inspirational project.
Anyone with an interest in journalism, vlogs and blogs is welcome to join.
To ensure you fully enjoy this project, we have made it flexible and accessible online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We usually work with the three types of people listed below.
Beginners
A person from the grassroots or someone starting to learn a new skill.
Intermediates
A professional with significant experience who is not famous.
Trending
A person who is trending on social media and could be famous.
Project Outcomes
You will learn the fundamentals of journalism, vlogs and blogs in a fun and safe atmosphere. There will be visits to media companies and the opportunity to create a vlog to monitor your progress. Some of the footage may be published on our social media platforms.
You will contribute to our vlog or blog by repoting unique stories, whilst creating content for a reel. You will be able to utilise social media groups to gain knowledge, confidence and self-esteem. Everyone will have access to a mentor and receive a certificate on completion. You will also get help to update your CV or resume with your newly acquired skills, so you can apply for new jobs.
