Ignition is a Club 106 vehicle customisation project. We educate and train aspiring mechanics with the latest skills to become successful in the lucrative hybrid and EV industries. We partner with experienced mechanics, and international brands to provide a truly inspirational project.
Anyone with an interest in customised cars and bikes, hybrids and EV’s is welcome to join.
To ensure you fully enjoy this project, we have made it flexible and accessible online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We usually work with the three types of people listed below.
A person from the grassroots or someone starting to learn a new skill.
A professional with significant experience who is not famous.
A person who is trending on social media and could be famous.
You will learn the fundamentals of EV’s and hybrid vehicles in a fun and safe atmosphere. There will be visits to car shows and dealerships, plus the ability to create a vlog to monitor your progress. Some of the footage may be published on our social media platforms.
You will create your own CAD of a hybrid or EV concept, whilst creating content for a reel. You will be able to utilise social media groups to gain knowledge, confidence and self-esteem. Everyone will have access to a mentor and receive a certificate on completion. You will also get help to update your CV or resume with your newly acquired skills, so you can apply for new jobs.
